Account Executives | Meet our team

Ewald Consulting can assist you in monitoring progress toward attaining the goals outlined in your strategic plan. An Account Executive will help define the steps needed to pursue these goals and integrate these into the association’s operations plan through our project management software. Ewald Consulting has a number of resources that Executive Directors use during board and committee meetings to help support good governance. These include consent agendas, tip sheets, and exercises that help volunteer-led meetings run more effectively. To help individual volunteers advance their leadership skills, Ewald Consulting offers online and in-person training as well as publications and references to partner resources that help volunteers feel empowered.

Through our Organizational Leadership team, we can maintain and manage your operations, bylaws, training manuals, elections procedures and the logistics of any necessary bylaws updates over time.

Our team of communication professionals has the design skills and technical abilities to meet your needs to produce compelling communication through publications, both print and online. Ewald Consulting has established a series of best practice timelines for producing, editing, and publishing print and online media. Our communications team will partner with you to establish an integrated communication strategy that will offer opportunities for members, advertisers, and other stakeholders in the industry to engage with your organization year-round.

Finance & Client Accounting | Meet our team

Our finance and accounting team is comprised of bookkeepers, finance specialists and CPAs who will give you confidence that your financial matters are being handled securely, accurately and transparently. Our staff size allows for appropriate segregation of duties and thorough oversight of all processes. All client funds are accounted for and managed according to rigorous standards set by the AMC Institute.

Ewald Consulting uses QuickBooks Pro™ for accounting and integrates this system with a desktop deposit system. Desktop deposit allows for nearly instantaneous, error-free deposits of funds. Due to the depth of our relationship with our banking institution, Ewald Consulting clients receive a higher level of banking services, lower fees and lower overall costs, as well as preferred rate reserve fund investment opportunities.

Member Services | Meet our team

Ewald Consulting executes a dues collection and membership renewal process that leverages evidence-based practices to increase member retention. This includes renewal, retention, and recruitment tools that have gotten strong results for our clients across a variety of industries. The Member Services Department coordinates administrative support for member inquiries, correspondence, membership renewals and new member activities. The Member Services Department is well versed in web-based technology that allows for unlimited records, fields and ways to “slice” list data for targeted membership marketing campaigns.

Ewald Consulting has subscriptions to third-party data sources to support the research function of the Member Services Department. Member Services updates your online presence related to member recruitment campaigns, demographic data collection, advocacy/regulatory developments, etc.
