Evening Meeting Room Rental Rates:

Evening meetings or events (any event starting at or after 4 pm) of less than four hours duration will be charged a $125 per hour room rental rate. Any reservation made for an event in excess of 4 hours will be charged the full day rate, including evening events (any event starting at or after 4 pm). Rental Rate Adjustments: The Ewald Conference Center reserves the right to charge 50 percent above the stated rental rates and/or require a food and beverage minimum for any meetings or events scheduled between the hours of 10 am - 2 pm, due to the inability to rent the meeting space prior to or after the meeting. Deposit: A 50 percent deposit of the room rental fee is required to confirm the meeting space. The deposit is non-refundable.

  • Extension cords – $15 each
  • Laptop computer – $225
  • Polycom conference call system – $225
  • Black and white copies – $0.20 each
  • Color copies – $0.35 each
  • Fax (local and long distance) – $0.35 per page
