The company is organized using a departmental model with specialists in the following areas:




This structure supports two key functions. First, it provides each Ewald Consulting client with a specialized staff team, the members of which are selected from each department as applicable. This structure enables Ewald Consulting to offer its clients the same staff support structure of a much larger organization. This provides unlimited scalability as your organization grows and demand for your organization’s services increases.

Second, the departmental model facilitates a shared depth of knowledge and skill among the Ewald Consulting staff team in each of a number of “Centers of Excellence.” Ewald Consulting has developed Centers of Excellence for each department based on the expertise of its staff members and the decades of experience the firm has amassed in support of its clients. Each Center of Excellence includes case studies, templates, content-specific articles, and resources to enrich the knowledge and skill base of our team. This assures that every Ewald Consulting client gains access the vast experience of the firm in each of its areas of practice.
