The Nonprofit Operations Analysis is a four-part review of an organization based on strategy, planning, implementation, and assessment. Executive Director Services
Depending upon an organization's needs, Ewald Consulting can work with an existing Executive Director or appoint a member of our staff to serve in that capacity.
