Bill joined Ewald Consulting in 2005, following 15 years as business manager and publisher of the magazine group at Pillsbury and General Mills. Bill’s responsibilities include contract management for Ewald Consulting’s management clients, assuring appropriate resource and service levels. Bill also works with staff members and at times directly with clients to develop strategic business plans that promote successful and profitable operations for client organizations and Ewald Consulting. Bill originally was on the client side, serving as a founding member and as a past president of an association incorporated by Ewald Consulting. Bill is the executive director for several Ewald Consulting client organizations, and oversees the Member Services and Marketing department. Bill has a B.A. degree in journalism from St. Thomas University in St. Paul, Minnesota, and has taken additional education courses (such an intensive "mini MBA" program on business management at St. Thomas). More recently, Bill has served as an adjunct professor in the Journalism & Mass Communications department at St. Thomas University.

What you don't know about Bill...

Q. What do you love about Ewald Consulting?
A. I enjoy the challenge of working with clients to set and achieve goals, especially when we hit a higher mark than originally projected.

Q. What is the last book you read that you would recommend?
A. Steve Jobs, by Walter Isaacson. I love biographies. This was one of the best.

Q. What is your favorite restaurant or food?
A. I love local specialties. Kansas City ribs, Chesapeake Bay crab cakes, New Orleans beignets, Chicago firedogs.

Q. What is something most people don’t know about you?
A. Visited all 50 states.

Barb began working at Ewald Consulting in 2011 in the Events Department and now works in the Member Services Department. Barb has her B.A. in Education; prior to joining Ewald Consulting, she was an elementary school teacher.

What you don't know about Barb...

Q. What is your favorite city?
A. Chicago.

Q. What is the best professional advice you ever received?
A. Do something you love and figure out a way to get paid for it.

Q. What do you like to do when you are not working?
A. Yoga, rollerblading, baking, going to musicals and live theater events.

Q. What is your favorite restaurant or food?
A. Veggie stir-fry and ice cream.


Jeanne DeMartino

Jeanne is a member services specialist at Ewald Consulting, and has been cheerfully answering association members’ questions and finding solutions to concerns since 2005. She previously worked in special education in the Columbia Heights (Minnesota) school district and worked six years with one child with autism. She coaches people in running and race walking in the evenings and weekends.

What you don't know about Jeanne...

Q. What is your favorite restaurant or food?
A. I love sushi at Seven in Minneapolis!

Q. What is your favorite city?
A. Lahaina, Maui (Hawaii)

Q. What do you like to do when you are not working?
A. I love to travel with friends and to see my kids and grandkids.

Q. What is something most people don’t know about you?
A. I have coached marathoners and have traveled to Hawaii with my teams 12 times.


Tiffany Krueger

Tiffany joined Ewald Consulting in 2016. She has double degrees in Marketing and Business Management, and more than 15 years of combined experience in sales, marketing and management. Tiffany’s background also includes years of customer service, supply chain leadership, dispatch logistics. She is also dedicated organic farm owner operator.

What you don't know about Tiffany...

Q. What do you like to do when you are not working?
A. I have many favorite pastimes. Farming, going to new and old places, spending time on the water like boating or fishing, going to car shows, checking out museum exhibits and other institutes, and of course playing with my animals.

Q. What is something most people don’t know about you?
A. Most people would be shocked to know that I have been a part of a fully functioning 80 acre organic farm in Woodville WI since 1999 and that I’m a farm girl. I personally raise 3 types of Quail and grow a large selection of produce. I have 4 incubators at my house in Lake Elmo where I incubate and hatch my chicks and then move them to their permanent location at the farm. At “The Farm” we pretty much have everything you can think of, and we are still growing.


Kelly Sadler

Kelly has worked in various forms of customer service for over 20 years. She has a BFA with an emphasis in commercial art and illustration, as well as a BS in business and marketing. She is an artist and musician, but also was a small business owner for several years. She has worked in a volunteer capacity for several non-profit organizations, as well as for the family of Kenneth Bae, a former prisoner in North Korea. She presently volunteers for his organization, Nehemiah Global Initiative.

What you don't know about Kelly...

Q. What do you love about your job?
A. I genuinely enjoy problem solving and helping people.

Q. What is your favorite restaurant or food?
A. Thai from Supatra, or Korean from Kbop.

Q. What is the best professional advice you ever received?
A. “Eat your frog”. Essentially, address what you have to do first. Then you can move on to the things you want to do.

Q. What do you like to do when you are not working?
A. I’m an artist by training. When I’m not at work, I am creating. At present I am working on assembling and prepping to publish a figure drawing art book.
