What you don't know about Paul...

Q: What do you love about Ewald Consulting?
A. I find it rewarding when I share the Ewald Consulting model with someone for the first time and they say, “I never knew that was an option for us,” or, “That sounds like a much better approach to getting things done.” It’s great to see the impact that our clients are able to have and to know we’ve had a role in making it happen.

Q: What is the last book you read that you would recommend?
A. Nonprofit Management 101 by Darian Rodriguez Heyman. The book covers a variety of management topics and compares different leadership approaches. I’ve used this as a textbook for the Fundamentals of Nonprofit Leadership course that I instruct at Saint Paul College.

Q: What is your favorite city?
A. I thoroughly enjoy Rio de Janeiro. No matter the time of year, there’s always something to do and see. There are several convenient hotel and restaurant options and the city is very easy to navigate. I especially enjoy that you can visit the ocean and hike in the mountains in the same day.

Q: What is something most people don’t know about you?
