INTERDEPARTMENTAL COLLABORATION

The Ewald Consulting Member Services team is the nerve center for clients and association members. Team members are often the first point of contact, answering questions by phone, email and live online chat.

Our team of professional, friendly, helpful customer service staff is dedicated  to answering phone lines with the name of the client and keeping an up-to-date “Book of Knowledge” for all team members to accurately represent the client professionally and knowledgeably about core activities.
